OUR WEB DESIGN PROCESS
A DREAM
Once your proposal is approved, the build begins. You gain access to your Client Portal, the central home for your project. Inside, you can track your timeline, view presentations, book calls, provide feedback and complete your Web Design Questionnaire. This gives us the clarity we need: your business goals, your audience, your competitors and the practical requirements your website must meet.
With your questionnaire complete, we sit down to map out the direction of your site. We talk through your target market, your services, how you want users to move through the website and what actions you want them to take. From here, we build a clear brief, sitemap and user flow that guide the entire project. This session can be held in person, over Zoom, by phone or via email.
AN IDEA
This is where structure meets design.
Using the insights from discovery, we create your wireframe and design mock ups laying out the flow, hierarchy and visual direction of your website before development begins. These concepts are built with your audience in mind, ensuring clarity, ease of use and long-term scalability.
Once approved, your custom website is developed on WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace depending on your package.
Forms, analytics, email integrations, SEO foundations and any required automations are added at this stage, creating a functional, cohesive and fully integrated site.
THE REFINEMENT
With the build complete, it’s time for your review.
You’re encouraged to take your time exploring the site, testing the structure and noting any refinements you’d like made. Whether it’s layout adjustments, content tweaks or functionality updates, we work through the changes together.
We check in to support you, but there’s no pressure or rushed decisions this stage moves at your pace to make sure you’re confident in the final result.
PERFECTION
With your refinements complete, we prepare your site for launch.
Final checks, optimisation, responsiveness testing and quality control ensure your website is polished and performing at its best before going live. Once the site is launched, we walk you through it step by step so you feel confident updating content, adding pages, posting blogs or managing your store into the future.

How long does a website take?
Most websites take 4 – 8 weeks, depending on the package, number of pages and how quickly content is provided.
Will my website be easy to update?
Yes. We build with WordPress(Elementor), Shopify or Squarespace so you can update content easily without needing a developer.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Every package includes a handover and walk through session.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are 25% deposit + 50% on delivery of first draft + 25% on completion, with extended options available.
Do I own my website once it’s launched?
Yes. Once your final invoice is paid, the site is yours.
Do you write the copy?
Copywriting is an optional extra.
We can write it for you or work with content you provide.
How many revisions are included?
Each package has allocated refinement rounds. Extra rounds can be added.
What platforms do you build on?
WordPress + Elementor, Shopify and Squarespace.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, monthly and ADHOC website maintenance plans are available.
Can you take photos or video for my site?
Yes, photography and videography can be added to any package with our Content Creation Service.
What if I need more pages?
Additional pages can be added to any package and quoted upfront.
